What is Stagepunch?

Stagepunch is an all-in-one platform for performers seeking higher education. We combine a digital toolbox with personalized coaching to give you the biggest advantage possible on the application journey.

How do I sign up for a membership?

You can sign up for a membership right HERE. Fill in all the required information and get started on the journey to your dream school.

What is the difference between the Stagepunch memberships?

Stagepunch offers three unique membership options:

Stagepunch Free gives you access to a wide range of our application tools, including the global database of programs and classical monologues selection. 

Stagepunch Pro includes everything in Free plus discounted coaching and masterclasses, free access to all online Stagepunch events, the Stagepunch Guidebook & the Stagepunch Archive, and a complimentary coaching consultation.

Stagepunch VIP gives you access to the entirety of Stagepunch and is our most personalized member experience. We will pair you with your very own audition coach and mentor, specifically chosen for you. VIPs receive FOUR private sessions, your mentor will walk you through every step of the application process in detail, and together you will choose what to work on. You also get access to VIP member-only events, a complimentary chat with one of our peer advisors and priority access to the Stagepunch team with any questions or concerns you might have.

Who is Stagepunch right for?

Stagepunch was created for performers, parents and teachers alike. We offer all the relevant resources and insight needed for the application journey and beyond. If you, your child or one of your students are serious about pursuing a career in the performing arts, Stagepunch is right for you!

Is there an age limit?

Yes, the minimum age requirement to sign up for a Stagepunch membership is 13 years.

Can I buy a membership as a gift for someone else?

Yes, Stagepunch offers gifted memberships! Select the membership you want to gift and check the box that says, “Is this a gift?” on the signup page. You will then be asked to create a gift email to the recipient. After the recipient of the gift receives the email, they can click on the link provided to register for their gifted membership. They will fill out a standard registration form. Once the user clicks the Signup button, their subscription will start. Gifted memberships do not renew and will be downgraded to a Free membership if the recipient does not actively sign up to continue the subscription.
Note that gifting a membership will automatically create a user for the giver as well. This means you can check the status of your gifted membership(s) and resend the email or a copy of the gift URL.

How much does Stagepunch cost?

Stagepunch Free: Free forever

Stagepunch Pro: $9.99/month or $89/year, giving you three months free

Stagepunch VIP: $350/year

Please note that all paid memberships will continue to renew until changed or canceled by the member.

How do I update my payment information?

Click on your username in the top right corner and select “Subscriptions” in the left-hand menu. Select “Update,” and you will be taken to the payment details page.

How do I change my membership?

Click on your username in the top right corner and select “Subscriptions” in the left-hand menu. From there, select “Change Plan,” and you will be shown the possible memberships you can either upgrade or downgrade to. Select your desired membership, and you will be taken to a checkout page where you confirm your account and payment details.

How do I cancel my membership?

If you don’t want to continue your Stagepunch membership, you can cancel your renewal on your account page. Click on your username in the top right corner If you don’t want to continue your Stagepunch membership, you can cancel your renewal on your account page. Click on your username in the top right corner and select “Subscriptions” in the left-hand menu. From there, select “Cancel” and confirm your selection. Your membership will remain active until the expiry date. It will then downgrade automatically into a Free membership. Please note that we do not offer refunds for partially unused membership periods.

Tools and Features

I didn’t get an answer when taking a Stagepunch Quiz. Why?

We have worked really hard to keep the integrity of our quizzes intact. Based on We have worked really hard to keep the integrity of our quizzes intact. Based on your responses, there is a chance we didn’t have a program that exactly matched your profile. We recommend going back and changing up one or two of your answers and trying again. For example, your estimated tuition cost on the programs quiz might not match your expectation for what type of location or school size you are looking for. For the monologues quiz, we suggest making the type of character you want to play logically match with what you want to talk about in the monologue.

How can I see my saved items?

Click on your username in the top right corner and select “saved items” in the left-hand menu. This is also the page you will see when you log back into your account.

How does coaching work?

Coaching with Stagepunch is an add-on product we offer in addition to our online toolbox. You can either book from our “Choose Your Own Adventure” menu and pay per session or sign up for the Stagepunch Advantage. Stagepunch Pro and Stagepunch VIP members get additional discounts on their coaching sessions.

How do I book coaching?

The best way to book a coaching session or the Stagepunch Advantage is to fill in our CONTACT FORM. Make sure to include your ideal coaching date & time (feel free to include time zone, so there is no confusion), as well as what type of coaching you are looking for or the name of your preferred coach. You can also email us at admin@stagepunch.com (or use the messenger chat option) if you have additional questions or need help with booking.
